ROLE OF IRON IN FAT REDUCING

Iron is a mineral which is found in every cell of the human body. Iron is considered an essential mineral since it is needed to make part of blood cells and purifies the blood which helps to reduce fat.
The human body needs iron to make oxygen-carrying proteins hemoglobin and myoglobin. Hemoglobin is found in red blood cells and myoglobin is found in muscles of the human body.
Iron also makes up part of many proteins in the body of human beings.
